Welcome to Al Solito Posto, a hidden gem in Las Vegas that captivates your senses with its rich Italian cuisine. Nestled at 420 S Rampart Blvd suite 180, this establishment promises a delightful escape into the culinary heart of Italy, right within the bustling city.

The atmosphere at Al Solito Posto is a harmonious blend of warmth and sophistication. As you step inside, the rustic charm of a traditional Italian trattoria envelops you, featuring an open kitchen that adds to the inviting ambiance. Soft lighting and comfortable seating ensure that you can lose track of time as you savor each moment with friends or family.

When it comes to the menu, prepare for a culinary adventure that both excites and soothes the palate. Begin your meal with their dangerously addicting complimentary bread served with a luscious garlic and olive oil dip. You might find yourself ordering extra loaves as you dive into their enticing range of appetizers, particularly the grilled octopus. It's a must-try, tender and perfectly seasoned, making it a perfect start to your meal.

For your main course, the handmade pastas steal the show. The bolognese here is simply legendary—a rich and flavorful sauce that clings to perfectly al dente pasta. Guests rave about the Cacio e Pepe, calling it the best they've ever had, and the short rib pasta that tantalizes with each forkful. Each dish draws upon the founder's commitment to authentic Italian flavours, leaving you with mouthwatering memories you'll want to relive again and again.

Pair your meal with an exquisite selection from their wine menu, featuring options like the Vermentino, Toscana 2020 or the delightful Pinot Grigio, Alta Vento, Veneto 2018, to elevate your dining experience. The thoughtful curation of wines ensures that there's something perfect for every palate.

As you dine, the attentive service creates an unforgettable experience, as staff members go above and beyond to accommodate requests—like crafting a gluten-free mushroom risotto just for you. Guests have appreciated the overly attentive service, ensuring that every need is met without feeling intrusive. It's this kind of personalized attention that makes Al Solito Posto stand out among the many Italian restaurants in Las Vegas.

While the desserts have received varied feedback, many patrons still find joy in indulging in the tiramisu, a classic that may be firmer than some prefer but is worth a try for its balanced flavors and rich textures.

In a city full of dining options, Al Solito Posto emerges as a destination that promises not just a meal, but a cherished experience steeped in Italian tradition. Whether you're a local or just passing through, one visit will leave you dreaming of returning, just as many enthusiastic customers have shared.

Food and service were excellent. I didnt get pictures of all the items we got but there is nothing really we had to complain about. The bread to start out with is dangerously addicting. The pizza and pastas were amazing. Our server and helpers were on top of everything we needed. We would definitely come back here any day. Maybe only dessert can get some improvement but other than that, great experience!

If 10 stars was an option, I'd do that. My friends and I are huge foodies and I have to say this is the best Italian restaurant I have ever eaten in my entire life. I will dream about Al Solito Posto and the tender pasta. About the magically fresh baked bread with garlic/olive oil dip and the calamari that was so tender, a baby could eat it. The Caesar salad dressing balanced the cheese, anchovies and garlic better than an acrobat on a high wire. The crunch on the canoli was perfect, delicate and flaky, filled with delicious ricotta and finished with tiny chocolate chips, and the hazel nut pot de creme was absolutely TO DIE. To top it off, this symphony of flavors is on a prix fixe menu of only $50 pp. I will be bringing more friends here, if you're reading this you need to bring all of your friends here, because if it ever goes out of business I will have to move out of the city because my Italian cuisine choices will be dead to me.

I made a reservation for 3 and didn't even think about gluten-free options. They went out of their way to make a mushroom risotto (not on the menu/no picture) for my stepdaughter who can't have gluten. I also requested cinnamon for my cappuccino, and our server went out of her way to get some for me. It's always a great experience here.

Al Solito Posto blew us away! The service was top-tier—attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Now let’s talk about that bolognese… WOW. Rich, flavorful, perfectly cooked pasta—easily one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Everything about this spot just hits right. If you’re craving authentic Italian with great vibes, this is your place.

We got tired of the over rated Italian joints around the the strip and decided to give Al Solito Posto a try. The location is nice, inside of the Tivoli complex, it has some charm. The interior of the restaurant is traditional steak and chops with open kitchen, comfortable. Great attentive service. Great wine menu. The appetizers were good, especially the grilled octopus. It is not just the standard garlic, parsley, olive oil combo that you get in most places, it comes with sauteed scallions, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc. It was very refreshing. The Cioppino, there were a ton of seafood in it, huge shrimps, mussels, I wish there was more halibut but over all a very flavorful seafood stew. The tomato fennel soup base was rich, just the right amount of seasoning. The Chicken Parm was underwhelming, it was overly salty, the chicken was a bit too dry. The spaghetti below the chicken was over cooked, completely stuck together and soggy. We didn't really eat it. The worst came at the end when we were given the tiny celebratory piece of the Italian rainbow cake with a squirt of whipped cream topped with sprinkles. It was the driest piece of cake that I have had in a very long time, so you can forget about the taste. I think you will find a better cake in the Super Walmart bakery. I wish they would've kept that piece of free cake, it actually just ruined our entire dinner experience. I think that came from the free cake batch.

Service was excellence and so was the environment. Spacious and comfortable seating. Server was attentive the entire time. The food has ups and downs. Calamari sublime. Complimentary bread excellent. The pizza’s crust was not the best though the topping was well seasoned. The tiramisu is too firm for my preference and though they said there was marsala I typically prefer a stronger alcohol taste. Overall a great restaurant. But wish the food had more consistency across the board.

MY NEW FAVORITE ITALIAN RESTAURANT! Came here for my birthday with my family and loved it! The bread with roasted garlic and oil I’d my favorite thing there. Liked it so much I kept on asking for it. Cacio Pepe if the best I’ve had. (Not in pictures) Short rib pasta, rigatoni bolognese, and spaghetti bolognese were good. I also has their Cesar salad and the anchovies were delicious. I need to go back I have dreams about the bread
